A space to pause, listen and make meaning

Coming back
to what matters.

I’m Monika — a psychotherapy trainee drawn to the places where honest reflection, creativity and our deeper inner lives meet.

A little about me

Room to breathe. Space to be curious.

A human approach

Sometimes we need a little space to hear ourselves more clearly — without having to perform, explain everything, or have all the answers.

01 / About

A path that has brought me back to myself.

For more than fifteen years, I worked in international events, bringing people together across countries, cultures and very different settings. Alongside that career, an interest in the inner world never really left me.

I’m now training in transpersonal psychotherapy at CCPE in London. This is a new chapter shaped by curiosity, personal reflection and a growing commitment to work that feels meaningful and human.

02 / My approach

Curiosity over certainty.

I’m interested in what can happen when we are met with care, openness and a willingness to listen to what is unfolding — including the parts of ourselves we may not yet understand.

01

Presence

Making room for what is here, without rushing to fix or interpret it.

02

Curiosity

Exploring experience with openness, care and respect for your own meaning-making.

03

Grounding

Staying connected to the practical, everyday realities that support us.

03 / An area of interest

Psychedelic integration

Powerful experiences can leave us with questions, feelings or insights that take time to understand. I’m particularly interested in how people make sense of profound or challenging experiences and bring what matters from them into everyday life.

This is an area I’m continuing to learn about as part of my wider development. I do not currently offer psychedelic-assisted therapy or present myself as a qualified psychotherapist.

A note to begin with

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Sometimes a conversation can be a place to start.
